FAQs

What makes your work different from other photographers' work?

I take pride in not being intrusive on such an intimate day of your lives. I will always try to keep a distance and can be involved as little or as much as you'd like! I don't want to micro-manage your day down to the minute and strive to be flexible. Although the big moments are important, I truly love capturing all the small details and moments that make your day unique!

Are you insured?

YES! I am fully insured with both liability and equipment coverage.

Is there a travel fee?

There is NO travel fee for all of New England! Why? Because I love visiting new venues and want to encourage clients from other states to book with me! Outside of New England, there is a $200.00 flat rate fee, plus any necessary flights/accommodations. I will travel anywhere! Let's go!

What type of camera do you shoot with?

I use a top of the line Canon camera with a dual SD card slot (this provides backup in case one card fails!) For lenses, I use a Canon 70-200mm 2.8L IS II - this helps me keep a distance during your ceremony and allows me to zoom in close to capture, but not disrupt, your moments. For detailed ring shots, I use a Canon 100mm 2.8L Macro lens. Lastly, I use a Canon 24-70mm 2.8L lens for portraits and reception. I also come with flashes, reflectors, tripods, extra batteries, extra SD cards, and an extra camera body!

How long until we receive our images?

You will receive 5 "sneak peek" images within 2 days of your event. You can expect your full gallery within 12 weeks of your event.

What is the deposit and payment schedule?

A 33% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This can be sent via Venmo, check, or cash. 33% is due 6 months before your event, and 34% is due 1 week before your event.

What happens if you become sick or are unable to attend for other reasons?

While this is very unlikely, I am part of a huge network of local photographers. I will make sure to find you someone that reflects my same style of photography and for the same fee in our contract. We will work together seamlessly to make sure everything goes as planned!

Do you have a list of recommended vendors?

Yes! From DJs to florists and caterers, I have worked with some of the best in the industry & would love to share their information with you!
