Emmalee & Patrick’s wedding day at Kitz Farm was one I won’t soon forget—especially because it was part of a back-to-back wedding weekend there this past October. There’s something so special about spending multiple days in a place as warm and welcoming as Kitz Farm. The owners are truly some of the kindest people, and every time I’m there, I’m reminded how lucky I am to work in such a beautiful, thoughtfully designed space.
One of my favorite parts of Kitz Farm is the getting ready area—it’s filled with so many fun textures and natural light, making it a dream for photos. And the ceremony site? Absolutely breathtaking. In the fall, the view becomes even more magical, with foliage adding the perfect backdrop for such an important moment.
I first met Emmalee and Patrick the year prior during their engagement session at Wagon Hill Farm in Durham, New Hampshire. From the very beginning, I was drawn to Emmalee’s easygoing, calm, and genuinely endearing nature. The two of them together had such a natural connection—it made photographing them feel effortless.
So you can imagine my surprise when I arrived on their wedding day and was greeted by something completely unexpected: large, stunning banners of their engagement photos displayed throughout the barn interior. I was blown away. Not only were they printed beautifully, but it was such a unique and meaningful way to incorporate that chapter of their story into their wedding day. It’s something I had never seen before, and it made the space feel even more personal and full of love.
Every detail of their day reflected who they are—thoughtful, warm, and full of heart. It was such a joy to be a part of it. Please enjoy these photos from their beautiful day!
